Inspired by the wildflower meadows throughout New York's Hudson Valley, the little mug is there perfect companion for your tea of coffee. As you sip down your beverage the flowers on the inside of the cup slowly reveal themselves, quietly peeking out to say "good morning!" I imagine it feels the same as if you slipped inside a watercolor study to have tea.
I throw the mugs with a speckled stoneware and hand-mix a color pallet, using underglaze, unique to each meadow mug.
